Joshua and the Israelites had to exercise faith to enter the promised land because they faced challenges and opposition. We too face spiritual battles which require us to walk by faith, but how do we prepare? Mark encourages us to get right with God and allow Him to change our hearts, to enjoy the blessings we have as a down payment of what's to come and to submit to God's way rather than expecting Him to follow ours.
